Crape Myrtle

Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica) is a celebrated bonsai subject, prized for its impressive twiggy branching structure and remarkable potential for stunning nebari. These vigorous starts offer an excellent foundation for crafting eye-catching bonsai specimens. The Crape Myrtle's smooth, exfoliating bark and attractively mottled trunk provide year-round visual interest. In summer, vibrant pink flower clusters adorn the branches, adding seasonal flare. All trees have been cutting grown from a very old, impressive specimen mother tree.

Note that this species is deciduous and will not have leaves if shipped during the winter.  The trees pictured are representative examples and will not be the exact trees you receive. Some may have wire for movement or branch placement.
