Yamazakura Cherry (Prunus serrulata 'Spontanea') is a sought-after flowering bonsai variety that sports pale pink blooms from March to April. Also known as Sakura or Japanese Hill Cherry, these difficult-to-find starts provide an exceptional opportunity to cultivate a true Japanese cherry tree revered for its cultural significance. This species thrives in well-drained soil and prefers full sun to achieve optimal blooming. 

Note that this species is deciduous and will not have leaves if shipped during the winter. The trees pictured are representative examples and will not be the exact trees you receive. Some may have wire for movement or branch placement.
