Nursery stock worked as bonsai the past 3 years from a rare JRP variety that has a dwarf, spreading form. Takes a long time for a 'Jane Kluis' tree to get this size. As a Japanese Red Pine cultivar, it keeps nice, short needles and they take well to bonsai techniques. It is filling in nicely in its 9" Japanese Tokoname training pot.
