River Birch

Perfect for styles such as informal upright and clump, the River Birch is known for its unique, peeling bark that reveals a spectrum of colors from creamy white to cinnamon brown. Its small, serrated leaves turn a brilliant yellow in the fall, enhancing its seasonal appeal. This tree prefers moist, well-drained soil and can tolerate both full sun and partial shade. With proper care and pruning, the River Birch can develop into a stunning, intricate bonsai. 

Note that this species is deciduous and will not have leaves if shipped during the winter. The trees pictured are representative examples and will not be the exact trees you receive. Some may have wire for movement or branch placement.
